1. Brief introduction:
1. Super strong initial adhesion, extremely powerful adhesion strength.
2. Wide use, can bond most base material, even wet wood board.
3. Flexible, anti-weathering, water-proof, anti embrittlement. Adhesion power wont be affected by structure shrink.
4. Wont cave in (sink), joint filling paying, can be painted after dry.
5. No harmful materials, no methanal and benzene
6. Anti chemical corrosion, cold resistance, high temperature resistance(-20C ~ +100C)
2. Usage:
1). Clean surface of material, no oil, grease and dirt on surface.
2). Cut pipe, put on nozzle, squeeze glue with a dispensing gun
Dry bonding: suitable for light material and low pressure joint
Squeeze few lines of glue out like "Z" shape, 40 cm distance from 1 line to another; Press the side of material with liquid nails on the surface where it need to be fixed, then pull it open and make it volatilizing for 2-5minutes, and then press them together. Tap slightly around the material side.
Wet bonding: suitable for heavy material
Spread liquid nail as above method, use clamp, iron nail or screws clamp bonding materials; after glue dry(about 24 hours), remove clamp. Liquid nail can move after 20 minutes bonding, adjust bonding position, it will be stable in 2-3 days after bonding, get the best result in 7 days.
For Heavy material: Can bond heavy material directly. Bond heavy material together firstly, then take material apart, wait 5 minutes to dry, then bond them together, press and hammer tightly, position them. Support them with stake when necessary.
3. Notice:
1). Liquid nail can be removed by turpentine. After dry, residue can be removed by scrape or friction. This product can be used in floor laying
2). Bonding strength will be weakened at high temperature. (Avoid bonding metal exposed in sunlight for long time).
4. Warning:
1). Store in cool, dry place. Operation field should be ventilated, far away from high temperature and fire.
2). Store in place where children can't reach. Avoid touching eyes. Can't be poured to sewer. If swallowed, send to hospital first aid, and show doctors product container or labels.
3). If feel dizzy or other bad feeling when using, go to outside and breath fresh air or get medical attention.
4). If eye contact, wash eye with water for 15 minutes, then get medical attention.
5. Storage:
Shelf life: 24 months.
