DM222 is a one-component sealant based on PU polymers, moisture curing type. The curing speed of mortar is related to the temperature and humidity of the enviroment. Under high-temperature or high-humidity conditions, it will be quickly crusted. The final curing time is also related to the thickness of the glue applied.
DM222 is a specially designed sealant for vehicles. It has features of high modulus, good elongation and good resilience.
It is suitable for all kinds of porous and non--porous materials. It has good adhesion, can be painted on surface and has other prominent features, is a high-performance general use elastic sealant.

Matt black, can be scratched on surface after applied.
Odorless, low VOC, PVC free, excellent antibacterial and anti-mildew effects, safe to use.
Good resistance to cold and hot weather alternation, over 10 years of service life.
Excellent anti-sagging property, low shrinkage after curing, good shaping, no dents, smooth coating.
It can be used to fill and seal gaps between glass and metal sheet, metal sheet and metal sheet such as passenger cars, construction vehicles and electric vehicles.
Good weather resistance, UV resistance, good elasticity and adhesion in the range of -40ºC~90ºC. More than 10 years of service life.
No primer required.
Typical applications
DM222 is suitable for elastic sealing of various substrate joints, including stainless steel, aluminum, copper, PVC, polyester, ceramics, wood, coating, etc., but not suitable for PP and PTFE materials. Also can be used for general sealing in the manufacturing industry.
Application area
- In the industries of passenger cars, construction vehicles, electric vehicles, it is used to fill and seal gaps between glass and metal sheet, metal sheet and metal sheet. As well as 4S shops and stores, they are used to bond and seal seams during various vehicle repairs.
