TS2000 Type Conveyor Belt Bonding Adhesive, Can Repalce Tiptop SC2000 Cold Bond Cement
TS2000 is cold vulcanized splicing cement. Double components, high strength, good flexibility adhesive. Applied for self-adhesion or bonding between conveyor, rubber, fabric, leather. Peeling strength at bonding area is higher than combination strength between rubber and fabric. 1000g/set, 10sets/carton.
How to use:
Surface treatment: roughening the belt by steel wire wheel, then use cleaner to clean the belt and dry it.
Mixing: Pour the B-part hardener to A-part adhesive, and mix them well.
Gluing: Use brush to apply adhesive on the belt in three times
Dry: Every time after gluing, to speed up the curing time to 30 min, user can use Iodine tungsten lamp or infrared lamp to bake the cement until it's tack-free(bake temperature shall be 60ºC to 80ºC), then apply glue again.
Bonding: After the third time to apply the adhesive and tack-free, users can use hand hammer to beat the belt and adhesive until they are dense.
