1.Wear protective gloves, goggles and work clothes during use.
2.Clean surfaces of dirt, grease and dust, then moistening the cavity.
3.Apply between 5-40ºC.
4.Shake can for 2 minutes thoroughly.
5.Take off cap, screw gun into the can.
6.hold can UPSIDE DOWN to dispense foam. Test on experimental surface first.
7.Fill cavity 40% with foam to expand.
8.Use PU Foam Cleaner to remove excess uncured foam on nozzle and valve.
9.Dires take-free in 20 minutes, cures in 24 hours.
10.Cured foam can be trimmed, painted, sanded, molded, or caulked.
Do not hit, burn container. Do not expose or store above 45ºC.
Do not store in auto or expose to direct sunlight. Place in well-venfilated areas. Uncured foam may imitate skin and eyes, therefore, wear protective gloves, clothing and goggle. In case of eyes contact, flush with water and consult physician immediately. In case of skin contact, clean immediately with PU Foam Cleaner. If foam cures on skin, scrub repeatedly with soap and water to remove. Cured foam is difficult to be removed from skin. Uncured foam is easy to be removed from clothes by using PU Foam Cleaner. In case of ingestion of foam, consult physician immediately. Do not pierce or burn container even after use. Do not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material. Dring use, keep away from sources of ignition. Contains no formadehyde.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
1.Stock the product in ventilate warehouse at 15-35ºC temperature,keep away from heat, fire and flammable goods, inversion prohibited. The shelf time is 12 month from the date of production. It is available to use based on passing of the test if beyond the shelf life.
2.Preserve and transport as non dangerous product.
