Product Application:
Conveyor belt cold vulcanizing cement TS2000, two-component adhesive,it's the ideal conveyor belt damage repair cement when bonding rubber to rubber,rubber to fabric, rubber to metal and fabric to fabric bonding, or used in corrosion and wear protection applications for conveyor belt applications.
How to use:
1, Surface treatment: Deburring the parts to be bonded. Clean and dry the parts.
2, Mix: Pour the B-part into A-part directly and stir them quickly. Then, pour the mixed adhesive to the parts.
3, Curing: Curing time is 2 hours at room temperature. After 24 hours, it can get to highest bonding strength.
