1. Chemical name: Monosodium Phosphate

4. Physical properties: White rhombic crystal or white crystal powder, easily soluble in water, almost insoluble in ethanol. Its solution is acidic.
5. Quality standard: (GB25564-2010,FCC-V)
6. Usage: In food industry, it is used as quality improver and emulsifier, mainly applied to cheese, drinks and jelly.
7. Packing: In 25kg composite plastic woven/paper bag with PE liner.
8. Storage and transport: It should be stored in a dry, ventilated and clean warehouse; kept away from moisture and heat, and stored separately from poisonous substances. Handled with care to avoid damage to the packing bags.
