Product features: Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) is a commonly used buffer solution for biological research. It is a water-based salt solution that contains sodium chloride and Phosphate. The PBS buffer helps maintain a constant pH value, and its osmotic pressure and ion concentration are usually close to the body'S pH (iso-osmoia).
Application: Phosphate buffer is widely used in general pathology experiments, tissues and slicings washing, preparation of antibodies, etc. Each pack powder can be dissolved in 2L solution distilled water.
Storage method: Stored at room temperature, valid for 24 months.
Usage: Dilute with double distilled water to 2000mL before use.
Notes: It is recommended to be used as soon as possible after dissolving
